"BLONDE DYE ON BROWN/BLACK HAIR" Revlon ColorSilk Dye in Dark Ash Blonde Review

I believe it's been around 4 months since I last dyed my hair.  I really wish I hadn't dyed it.  Not because I don't like the color or anything but because I feel like it's such a waste :(.  I normally dye my hair when I feel I need a new color or for an occasion such as prom or a trip or something.  This year I decided to test the blonde dye.  I figured that since I was going to be Alice for Halloween, it'd be okay if I did go blonde but it pretty much just evened out my hair color which I'm happy with but at the same time.....I wish I waited for prom or something.

Overview of Past Eyeliners~

Yo~

So like a previous post Overview of Past Mascaras, I have decided to make one featuring eyeliners :D

Here we have (from left to right) Revlon Colorstay Pencil Eyeliner (black), Hard Candy Stroke of Gorgeous (nautical - tealish blue), ELF liquid liner (coffee), Maybelline Line Stiletto (brownish black), Physician's Formula Eye Booster Eyeliner (ultra black), and Physician's Formula Eye Booster Felt-tip (deep brown)

Wow, that's quite a bit.  I also want to add that these liners are due to be thrown away (way older than 6 months...)  The swatches below are in the order I listed above.  You can see that Revlon isn't that pigmented and the ELF one is pretty streaky (the brush applicator sucks) Oh and the PF Eyeliner can look brown in some lighting but it's very dark :)

Physicians Formula Ultra-Hydrating Day & Night Cream

What it's supposed to do:

Helps to restore natural balance
- from dry dehydrated skin to more comfortable
- makes oily skin less prone to breakouts and shine
Gives healthy looking, hydrated skin that looks and feels softer and smoother no matter your age.

Neutrogena Rapid Clear Spot Gel, Toner, and Scrub Review

This is a review for a few products from Neutrogena's Rapid Clear line.

FIRST, Let me just say that this line barely did anything for my skin. I have super oily, incredibly acne prone skin. Basically, angry red teenage skin. This line got rid of some pimples but did not help in preventing...so I ended up having pretty much the same amount of pimples since new ones seem to keep popping up.

Lioele A.C Control Night Spot Trouble Hunter Review

I needed a spot treatment that would help get rid of my huge pimples and acne flares...so I decided to try this after trying something similar that actually worked.  I used it for around 2 months.

 What it claims:

-controls skin trouble and sebum
-makes skin clean
Uses salicylic acid which has great effect to care skin troubles, it soothes trouble fast and beauty ingredient such as Glycerin into skin deeply during night to make skin clear

John Frieda Precision Foam Color Review

I HATE THIS DYE!!!!!!!!  Probably the worst one I've used so far.  Although it's only my 3rd one....hah

Packaging~ I got the color Light Golden Brown 6G.  It's supposed to be a nice light brown with golden undertones which is on the warmer side.

Koji Spring Heart Long Lasting Eyeliner Pencil Review

So I recently picked up this eyeliner at my local Donquiote....

Birthday Haul/Koreadepart.com Review

Yo~

So I recently got some stuff from this Korean website called Koreadepart.com.  It's a really great site....except for the fact that most of the products you would probably want are sold out.  Also, if you don't live in Korea, SHIPPING IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!!  I couldn't believe that we had to pay $25 shipping which was half the total amount of what we purchased!

Fairydrops Candy Bar BB Cream Review

Long time no post! Today I wanted to review a very popular BB Cream...to be honest, I bought this because the lady made it sound good. Also I didn't realize how expensive it was when I got it scanned =_= ($39.99!!)  Anyway so I was really hoping this BB Cream would work!

OVERALL RATING: 2/5

Overview of Past Mascaras

From left to right: NYX Doll Eye Long Lash Mascara, The Falsies Volume Express Waterproof Mascara, Physicians Formula Plentiful Mascara, ELF Regular & Waterproof Mascara Duo, and Rimmel Sexy Curves Full Body Mascara.

Over the past year, I began to use mascaras.  Yeah it's not too many but I've yet to find one that doesn't clump on me :(  I think the best out of this bunch would be the Rimmel Sexy Curves Full Body Mascara (Red tube) as it gave me length and some volume but was still clumpy and could not hold a curl on my thin, pinpoint straight lashes.  I also remember my first mascara (not listed) was actually one of the best I've used.  I remember it was a NYX mascara but I can't remember which one.  It definitely wasn't the Long Lash one...lol.  BTW For me, all these mascaras could not hold a curl....big bummer :(

NYX Doll Eye Long Lash Mascara: Overall Rating: 2/5
It was okay...Not much to say, it did lengthen but was pretty clumpy.  Doesn't smudge for me though.

The Falsies Volume Express Waterproof Mascara: 2/5
Same as above but was more clumpy.
Physicians Formula Plentiful Mascara: 3/5
Gave me more volume than the others, somewhat lengthened, and didn't smudge.  I kind of like this one...haha

ELF Regular & Waterproof Mascara Duo: 1/5
This one was definitely the worst of the bunch.  It smudged and did not do anything! It was very clumpy too....I really dislike this mascara :( The only thing I thought was cool was that it's a duo...but still very bad performance.

Rimmel Sexy Curves Full Body Mascara: 3/5
Probably the best of the bunch.  Gave length and some volume.  It didn't smudge and had the least clumping but was still clumpy so I won't repurchase.

Do I recommend any? NOPE...gotta keep searching.  If you guys have any recommendations, please comment below :D

Review: Aussie 3 Minute Miracle

The Aussie 3 Minute Miracle is a (deep) conditioner that you leave in your hair for 2 - 3 minutes.

Overall Rating: 5/5

PROS

Easy to use
Packaging is convenient - just squeeze, no need for opening caps or anything (has a seal so you know it's new)
Works good
Super cheap! ($3~$4)

CONS

Might have a hard time controlling the amount that comes out - just squeeze gently

ADDITIONAL INFO

PRICE
Normally $3 or $4 - SUPER CHEAP!

PACKAGING
cute and for the most part easy to use.
- 8 FL Oz or 236 mL

Summary:

I usually leave it in for about 2 minutes since I'm impatient (I need some patience lol) but I've been using it for the past few weeks and I feel like it's definitely improved the texture and over all feel of my hair! About a month ago, I noticed my hair was super dry and felt like straw. I never used any conditioner at the time so maybe that was why? But after I started using this conditioner it helped make my hair soft again :). I like to use this along with my Aussie leave in conditioner which I will also review later.
